Returns & Exchanges
In case you wish to return or exchange your purchase or ask for a refund,
Kindly follow the steps below:
- Returns can be made within 14 working days from the date of your receipt.
- The product must be returned exactly as it was sent, without having been worn, in its initial packaging with its tag and the filled in return form.
- The cost of the return is at your own expense.
- In case the item has a defect, the cost of the return is at our expense.
- If the package is sent by post office, we have the right to refuse to accept it.
- Make sure the delivery address is the one that you will find in the form below.
- In case of a refund, the cost of the shipping is deducted from the amount of the refund.
- All returns and exchanges are accepted after you have contacted us via email and you have sent us your purchase with the return form filled in by you below.

If you wish a refund, the product/products of your purchase must be returned in excellent condition, without having been worn, in its initial packaging with their labels. Your receipt and filled in return form must be included in order for our company to accept the return and proceed to the refund.
